Job Description:
What You’ll Do
As a Team Member at Spinners, you’ll be at the heart of the action — from the games floor to the bar and kitchen, making sure every guest has an unforgettable experience. You’ll work hands-on with the team, keeping the venue running smoothly while bringing energy, personality, and attention to detail to every shift.
You’ll:
• Deliver great experiences – Serve guests with a smile, help with bookings or events, and make every visit memorable.
• Keep it safe & clean – Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures; help with daily cleaning and end-of-shift checks.
• Support the team – Assist colleagues with stock, equipment, and tasks, keeping the floor and kitchen organised.
• Run the fun – Help maintain games and equipment, so everything is ready for action.
• Learn & grow – Take part in training, develop new skills, and keep up to date with all operational procedures.

Who You Are

• Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or entertainment is a plus but not essential.
