Fall, an independent menswear retailer at the heart of Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull, is looking for a reliable, stylish, and motivated Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team.

We pride ourselves on offering a curated selection of premium fashion brands and a relaxed, personal shopping experience for our customers. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while delivering expert service with confidence and independence.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles

• Confidence working independently – you must be able to run the store alone on quieter days

• A great eye for styling and an enthusiasm for menswear

• A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills

• Flexibility to work 2 to 3 days per week, including weekends
