Part-Time Shop Assistant – Cenu Cacao (Solihull)
Location: Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull
Days Required: Saturday, Sunday & Monday (non-negotiable)

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and reliable individual to join our small team at Cenu Cacao, our artisan chocolate shop in Solihull.

About the Role

We need someone to cover the following shifts:

• Saturday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

• Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

• Monday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

Please note: You’ll need to arrive 15 minutes before opening to prepare the shop.
This is a solo role after training, so you must be comfortable working independently.

About Us

Cenu Cacao is a small, family-run business with a passion for real, bean-to-bar chocolate. We craft everything from scratch using cacao beans sourced directly from South America. With three Midlands-based locations, we’re proud to offer an independent, personal shopping experience to our customers.

What We’re Looking For

• Naturally confident and friendly – you’ll be the face of the shop

• Chatty and approachable – our customers love a good conversation

• Responsible and punctual – opening and closing the shop is part of the role

• Able to work alone after initial training

• A genuine interest in real chocolate and independent retail

Barista skills and product knowledge can be taught – but a warm personality and willingness to learn are essential.
