About us:
Crystal Chain is a small independent retailer specialising in sterling silver jewellery.
We are looking for a sales assistant to join our small friendly team.
No experience is necessary as all training will be provided. We are looking for smart candidates who will engage with customers to generate additional sales.
Shift schedules may vary slightly each week so flexibility to work occasional weekends or weekdays is an advantage (schedules are done per month so staff members know their shifts in advance). We can suit hours to work around the right candidate.
The role:
- When you are working, you are the first impression customers have of the company - so we are looking for a friendly, well presented individual who can offer great customer service at all times.
- During your shift you will focus on serving customers and helping achieve sales. When it is quiet you will be left other tasks to complete e.g stock counts, keeping the shop clean and tidy etc
- The ideal candidate needs to be confident to work alone, as well as part of a team during busier periods.
