Job description / Responsibilities / Hours
The Chief Workshop Manager (CWM) is ultimately responsible for all that occurs within the four walls of the store including sales, guest experience, human resources and expense control, etc. CWM will also function as floor leader during shifts and will have designated responsibilities within the store, such as scheduling, staffing, training, parties, etc. Conducts performance appraisals, performance conversations, recommendations for pay changes and conducts associate final interviews. Reports to Bearitory Leader. This is a Full Time/salaried position. This role is for Maternity Cover.
