If you require help and assistance during your visit to Touchwood simply visit the Information Desk, which is manned by our friendly and helpful Hosts.
The Information Desk can be can be found in Lower Mill Lane Arcade adjacent to the lifts and provides the following services:
- Directions: If you’re looking for a particular shop, let our Hosts guide you.
- Arcade Guide: Pick up an arcade guide which provides an easy reference system and details of all our stores, cafes, restaurants and bars for your convenience.
- Transport and traffic information: Up-to-the-minute traffic news outlining public transport information.
- Gift Cards: The ultimate gift of choice. Touchwood Gift Cards can be purchased at the Information Desk.
- Touchwood Trolleys: Purchase the new Touchwood Trolleys (From March onwards).
- Lost property: If you have misplaced or found any items simply report the items to one of the Hosts at the Information Desk. Or alternatively, please call 0121 709 6900.
- Taxis: If you require assistance in calling a taxi, just go to the Information Desk and use the free phone provided.
